Platform — Module Ecosystem

Eleven workbooks, one closed loop.

The evidence core

CP3, Scorecard, and the labs.

Compliance Panel 3 is the ~4.7MB flagship — Journal, Weekly Summary, Gate/Brake, EV Scorecard, Branch Risk Engine, Capital Dynamics, plus the housed SDE, Regime, and Contradiction engines. Around it: the Weekly Trading Scorecard (weekly EV cockpit), Advanced EV Analytics Lab (deep expectancy R&D), MAE/MFE Execution Efficiency Lab, and Variant Attribution Module.

The core idea

How MARS uses this

MARS never trusts a single blended figure. Weekly branch probabilities produce a separate EV per branch, weighted by the live profile (45 / 33.75 / 11.25 / 10 by default) into the blend. Reviews read the decomposition first: which branch produced the edge, which one leaked it, and whether the weights still match the evidence.

How it benefits you

You stop repairing the wrong thing. When results dip, the decomposition shows whether the whole system weakened or one branch is dragging - so you fix a branch instead of overhauling a working system, and you spot a single strong branch masking weakness everywhere else.

Branch-level EV decomposition with blend weights. The blended number alone would hide exactly this picture.

The deployment rail

Cycle Command → Throttle Control.

The Cycle Command Console processes daily/cycle evidence and open exposure; the Throttle Control Panel converts gate state, evidence, and exposure into final deployment authority. A formal two-workbook transfer contract defines exactly what moves in each direction — neither silently replaces the other.

The context and validation layers

Volatility, simulation, QA.

The Volatility Intelligence Panel and Volatility Distance Matrix translate raw ATR into coefficient and stop-distance intelligence. The Monte Carlo Lab and Dynamic 7-Tier Benchmark provide the simulation ruler. The Certified Validation QA module audits that every formula, rollup, and dashboard behaves correctly before results are trusted.

The integration rails

Modules talk on defined rails or not at all.

Every cross-workbook read is an explicit, documented pull — the Regime Engine reads gate metrics from named columns; the SDE reads CP3 outputs; the Throttle reads the Cycle Command handoff. Nothing is retyped by hand between modules, because manual re-entry is where transcription drift breeds. If a number appears in two places, one of them is the source and the other is a formula.

Growing the ecosystem

05

New modules earn their place in the R&D sandbox first.

The ecosystem is extensible by doctrine: a new engine begins life sandboxed, running in parallel on live evidence without any authority over it. Only after its outputs prove stable, non-contradictory with existing layers, and operationally useful does it graduate to a governing role. The architecture grows the way the trading itself does — by evidence, not enthusiasm.
