Every trader deserves to know whether their edge is real, whether their risk is justified, whether their system is improving or deteriorating, and whether live performance behaves inside a realistic benchmark envelope. That knowledge should not require an institutional seat.
The vision
02MARS ships today as an Excel-native system — deliberately transparent, auditable, and owned outright. The SaaS platform in development carries the same doctrine to the cloud: same authority stack, same rails, zero black boxes. The AlphaRail Foundry Laboratory extends the ecosystem with interactive tooling and the Market Wizards study lineage.
In practice
Every decision in MARS is routed through this hierarchy in order. The plan defines doctrine; gate state defines capital posture; the throttle converts posture into deployment numbers; evidence and diagnostics inform from below; R&D stays sandboxed at the bottom until validated. When layers disagree, the higher layer wins - always.
