Volatility

Same market.
Different weather.

GBPJPY in London and GBPJPY in Asia are not the same trade. MARS reads the weather first — then turns live ATR into the distance, the coefficient and the trade-management regime that weather calls for.

The panel

Coefficient governance, not another signal generator.

The Volatility Intelligence Panel stops the guessing over whether a 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 or wider ATR coefficient is appropriate. It classifies structural volatility per instrument, reads live volatility evidence, compares static against intelligence coefficients, and logs what was actually used.

The matrix

Raw ATR is not enough. Context makes it a distance.

GBPJPY 5M in London, GBPJPY 5M in Asia, XAUUSD 5M in New York and NAS100 15M in a news window are different volatility environments. The Distance Matrix converts a live ATR(14) reading into practical pip or point distance, compares it against the correct baseline, classifies the zone, and shows what each coefficient means in real stop distance.

The switch

One switch decides the doctrine: Normal or Trend.

The ATR BE Assistant is the binary regime switch at the root of MARS trade management. Normal regime, or out of session: break-even at 1.4R with a static 2R runner. Trend regime in session: break-even at 1.6R with ATR-trail continuation logic.

Calibration

04

The coefficient is a decision, not a default.

A poor ATR coefficient can choke a valid trend or allow unnecessary giveback. Calibration reads volatility against trigger timeframe, authority timeframe, asset class, session and engine mode — consistent and auditable instead of subjective, and every coefficient decision becomes evidence.
