Resources — Intelligence Library

Everything MARS does not publish itself.

A curated collection of educational, analytical, institutional, regulatory and market-information resources for traders who want to deepen their understanding of the foreign-exchange market. MARS governs discretion and reports evidence; it does not teach you what a pip is, quote a live rate, or tell you which broker to open an account with. These are the places that do.

Why this page exists

A governance layer is not a substitute for knowing the market.

MARS answers one question well: whether the edge you believe you have survives measurement. It deliberately answers nothing about where price is going, what a central bank will do on Thursday, or whether the firm holding your money is registered. Those questions are real, operators ask them constantly, and the honest response is to say where they are actually answered.

The most useful moment to open this page is not at the beginning. It is when a MARS reading raises a question the system itself is not built to answer — a regime shift with no obvious cause, a spread that widened at a scheduled release, a broker whose execution you have started to doubt.

Nothing on this list is governed by MARS. That is the point of it, and the reason to read it carefully.

Resource disclaimer

External resources are provided for educational and research purposes. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement of any broker, trading service, strategy, product or market opinion. Visitors should independently verify information, regulatory status and suitability before making financial or trading decisions.

Two of the categories below name brokers, and one is a community review board. Treat every one of them as a starting point for your own due diligence — and check a regulator’s own register before you act on anything you read there.

What this library is not

It is not a curriculum, and it is not ranked. A resource appearing above another says nothing about which is better — the categories are ordered by the kind of question they answer, not by quality. Several sites appear twice because different parts of them do genuinely different jobs; Forex Factory is a calendar, a dashboard and a forum, and pretending otherwise would hide two of the three.

Nor is it permanent. External sites move, lapse and change hands, and a link that worked when this page shipped is not a link that works forever. If you find one that has rotted, the contact form is the fastest way to get it fixed.

The market is external. Whether your edge survives measurement is not.

The complete MARS package — eleven governed workbooks, three TradingView indicators, and the twenty-manual library behind them.
