The common pattern

Enter facts in one place. Read conclusions in another.

Every system in the portfolio separates what the user records from what the system concludes, so a formula is never overwritten by accident and a reading is never confused with an input. The layers are the same in each.

  • Controls: goals, targets, thresholds, scoring weights and dropdown lists.
  • Inputs: the logs where raw facts are entered, daily or weekly.
  • Engines: calculated scores and readings the user reviews and does not edit.
  • Outputs: dashboards, reviews, interpretations and alerts used to decide what to change.

Advanced Habit Tracker & Score System · 13 modules

Consistency, measured instead of remembered.

Habits are defined once and logged daily. Separate engines then score the week, track streaks, measure momentum, grade discipline, and read recovery: how quickly a broken streak is rebuilt, which matters more than whether it broke. A habit risk matrix flags the habits most likely to fail next, and the dashboard, monthly review and insights modules turn the log into the next week's adjustments.

Health & Fitness Tracking System · 20 modules

Daily behaviour connected to the goal it is meant to serve.

Body metrics, nutrition, meal planning, an exercise library, workouts, recovery and wellness, and lifestyle habits are logged as raw facts. Strength, cardio, calorie-balance, health-score and goal-progress engines read them. The outputs answer practical questions: is weight moving in the intended direction, does intake support the chosen goal, is training improving, and is recovery strong enough to keep training? Weekly and monthly reviews, an interpretation module and a risk-alert engine say what to adjust next.

Income & Expense Model · 22 modules

Does the plan survive a bad month?

Household finance software built around one question: whether the plan survives when income or expenses go wrong. An expense register, wage and withholding scenarios, monthly cash flow and cash timing describe the plan. Stress tests, an income-disruption model, a funding-gap calculation, debt and arrears tracking, and a reserve planner test whether it holds. Solvency and financial dashboards, actual against plan, assets and liabilities, and a model-checks module keep it honest. It runs on real figures, so none of them appear on this site.

Product Launch Project Tracker · 4 modules

A tracker should cost less attention than the project.

The smallest system in the portfolio, and deliberately so: a dashboard, a task tracker, a timeline and a settings module. A launch needs owners, dates, status and a single view of what is late. Anything more turns the tracker into a second project.

Where they meet STRATOS

Four domains, measured separately today.

STRATOS CORE's planned resource layer tracks four foundations of any plan: time, money, energy and focus, and health. These four systems already measure those domains individually. CORE is designed to read them as one command view, measured against the path chosen in STRATOS SIM, rather than as four separate records.
