What it is

A closed loop for the decisions that shape a life or a business.

The decisions that matter most, such as a career move, a relocation, or a capital commitment, are usually made once, under pressure, with no structure around them. Most people guess, react and drift: the choice is made in the moment, the plan stays vague, and behaviour quietly breaks the strategy. STRATOS replaces that with an operating sequence: evaluate the choice before committing, test where it leads before acting, track execution after acting, and correct the behaviour rather than only judging the result. Every engine is software built so that every number can be traced back to an input.

Four engines, four questions

Each engine answers one question and no other.

The architecture's first rule is that no two engines overlap. A system where the simulator also tracks execution, or the tracker also scores decisions, becomes a system nobody can read and everybody abandons. Each STRATOS engine owns exactly one question.

  • STRATOS LOGIC, the Decision Engine: is this a good decision?
  • STRATOS SIM, the Reality Simulator: where does this decision lead?
  • STRATOS CORE, the Command Center: am I executing the path I chose?
  • STRATOS MIND, the Bias Engine: why does execution break down?

STRATOS LOGIC · built

Evaluate the decision before anything is simulated.

LOGIC is the upstream quality gate, 22 modules. A decision is entered with its options, stakes, timeline, upside and downside, then scored through a library of mental models: inversion, opportunity cost, second-order effects, probabilistic thinking, margin of safety, risk against reward, game theory, compounding, and optionality. Separate engines score risk, opportunity cost, expected value and bias, and a recommendation engine states the verdict. A decision log, post-decision review and calibration engine check, over time, whether the scoring was right. Its only output is a Decision_Output_Package that feeds SIM.

STRATOS SIM · built

04

See where a path leads before committing to it.

SIM is the foresight layer, 31 modules. Scenarios are built from a variable matrix and a shared assumption library, then projected deterministically, weighted by probability, spread into ranges, and branched into outcome trees. A stress-test engine breaks each path on purpose: income falls, expenses spike, time shrinks. A survival timeline answers how long a path holds and what minimum income keeps it alive. A financial survival layer adds income reliability, the fixed expense floor, how far flexible spending can compress, the emergency buffer, debt pressure, and cash runway. A comparison matrix, verdict engine and tradeoff analyser then rank the paths.

The integration contract

Engines connect through one package, or they break.

SIM never hands CORE its internals. It hands over the Scenario_Output_Package and nothing else: the scenario's identity, its expected, best and worst outcomes, its risk profile and survival timeline, the income and effort it requires, its top three priorities, its binding constraint, the recommended action, and the condition that should trigger a re-run. The ranges never move, the logic is never hidden, and the package can be read without opening the simulator. A downstream engine may consume an upstream answer but may never reach in and recompute it.

STRATOS CORE · designed, not built

Plan against actual, scored as alignment and drift.

CORE is the Life Strategy Command Center and the next engine to be built. Its 36-module architecture is planned across control, bridge, planning, execution, resource, diagnostic, correction, visualisation and infrastructure layers. Its spine is the Strategic Alignment Bridge, which imports the chosen SIM path, compares it with what actually happened (hours, income, savings, execution rate and risk taken), and scores alignment on time, money, execution and risk as one 0–100 reading. It then names the drift and issues a correction action. CORE does not simulate; it measures whether the chosen path is being lived.

STRATOS MIND · not started, on purpose

A bias engine needs real behaviour to read.

MIND will look for the patterns that quietly break a plan: overconfidence, avoidance, risk creep and inconsistency. It will also separate decision quality from outcome, so that a good decision with a bad result is not punished and a bad decision with a lucky result is not rewarded. It is deliberately not started, because it has nothing honest to analyse until CORE produces plan-against-actual records. A bias engine built on imagined data would only detect the biases of whoever imagined it.

The design standard

08

Depth is not duplication.

Every STRATOS engine is layered the same way: control, input, processing, diagnostic, decision, visualisation and infrastructure. Each module answers one system-level question. Vague language is banned from the architecture: there is no 'performance', only plan, actual, alignment and drift. And STRATOS is modular by rule, never one all-in-one application, because one application that does everything is the fastest way to a system that does nothing reliably.

Where it can mislead

  • !Two of the four engines are built. CORE and MIND are described here as designs, not as working software.
  • !STRATOS structures a decision; it does not make one, and nothing on this page is financial advice.
  • !STRATOS is not offered for sale on this site.
