Seven-Tier Model · Pools & PT Values

Pool values and per-trade expression.

How MARS uses this

The benchmark records the worst drawdown of every simulated path and bins them against the gate ladder. MARS reads live drawdown against these bands and against gate state together: inside the bands is expected pain; beyond the adverse bands is a structural warning that outranks any green dashboard.

How it benefits you

You get a pre-agreed definition of normal pain, decided calmly before the pain started. That single artifact prevents the two classic errors - panic de-risking inside ordinary variance, and denial when damage is genuinely abnormal. You always know which situation you are in.

How tiers work

Pool values and per-trade expression.

Each tier defines a total cycle pool size (T1–T7 pool values) and its per-trade risk expression (PT T1–PT T7). Higher tiers allow larger pool deployment; lower gates cap the maximum tier. The 7Tier_Pool_Budget_Panel in CP3 is the reference table: given the current gate, what total pool and per-trade risk is structurally allowed?

Where it lives

Inside Seven-Tier Model.

This page expands one card of the Seven-Tier Model page into its own reference. For orientation, the module's own framing: T1 through T7 define escalating cycle pool sizes and per-trade risk expressions. The tier you're allowed to use is capped by gate state — a strong branch EV cannot unlock T6 logic while the gate cap says T3.

Expression discipline

Pools set the budget. Per-trade values spend it legibly.

Every tier resolves into two linked numbers — the cycle pool and the per-trade expression — and the link is what prevents creative accounting: an operator cannot honor the pool while quietly oversizing individual trades, because the PT value is derived, displayed, and checked. Budget and expression reconcile or the cycle flags.
